Key Attributes of the Ideal Candidate:
REQUIRED to have comprehensive knowledge of Automotive Parts.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Automotive Parts sector is essential.
At least 1 year of experience in inside sales via phone is necessary.
Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
Excellent phone communication skills are a must.
Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly valued.
Must demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Customer Service role is dedicated to providing exceptional service while offering customers prompt and accurate information regarding their accounts, order statuses, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
Engage with customers to thoroughly understand their needs.
Review customer accounts and implement necessary adjustments.
Offer technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and identify solutions to customer problems.
Process and enter orders into the system using appropriate software.
Escalate customer issues or complaints to the relevant department as needed.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Consistently lift/carry between 10-20 lbs.
Must be able to bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders or steps.
Required to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
