Member Service Representative

Serve CU is seeking a highly skilled Member Service Representative to join our team. As a trusted financial partner, you will deliver exceptional member experiences by providing personalized service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
  • Provide account information and answer member inquiries
  • Count and reconcile cash and checks
  • Redeem savings bonds and process member check orders
  • Perform account maintenance and open/close accounts as needed
  • Record transactions and balance cash and check transactions
  • Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services to cross-sell to members
  • Provide support to team members in resolving member complaints

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong math and logic skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with industry rules and regulations
