Board Certified Behavior Analyst

AdeIphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior therapy services for students within schools in Washington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of certified behavior technicians that will be working directly with the students in various schools.
Job Responsibilities- Apply established principles of learning, behavior strategies, and environmental modifications to enhance and teach new behaviors
- Provide supervision for Certified Behavior Technicians throughout schools
- Collaborate with schools to determine appropriate levels of CBT support and develop intervention frameworks
- Oversee the gathering of information to generate hypotheses about the functions of specific behaviors
- Develop an emergency response plan detailing roles and actions for managing students' destructive behavior
- Assist and train teachers in all aspects of BIPs/ERPs
- Attend team meetings upon request from administration, teachers, or stakeholders
- Foster collaboration and provide support to special education teachers
- Provide daily on-site BCBA supervision for assigned schools and students
- Identify, track, and collect data on specific targets for each student, inputting metrics/data using the SVSD web-based data tracking platform
- Perform other duties as assigned
