HIPP Enrollment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HIPP Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at a local Upper Manhattan Hospital. As a HIPP Enrollment Coordinator, you will be responsible for enrolling eligible hospital patients into the Third Party Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, key hospital personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Create a positive patient/client relationship and serve as the onsite contact for our organization.
- Collaborate with patients and families to clearly present program requirements and facilitate enrollment into the HIPP program.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology preferred, with a Master's degree preferred.
- At least five years of internal patient-related, hospital experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to speak English and Spanish, with fluency in Spanish a plus.
- Ability to pass hospital credentialing, including all vaccines and drug & alcohol testing.
