HIPP Enrollment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HIPP Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at a leading healthcare organization in Manhattan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enrolling eligible hospital patients into the Third Party Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, key hospital personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation.
- Create a positive patient experience by clearly presenting program requirements and serving as a patient advocate.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless enrollment process and address any challenges that may arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology preferred, with a Master's degree being a plus.
- At least five years of internal patient-related, hospital experience, preferably in sales and healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to speak English and Spanish, with fluency in Spanish being a significant advantage.
- Flexibility to work an adaptive schedule to accommodate patients and hospital needs.
- Must pass hospital credentialing, including all vaccines and drug & alcohol testing.
