Regis Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling chromatography consumables to a broad range of industries in the US geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet sales revenue targets through lead development, prospecting, and account planning activities.
- Work closely with a field sales partner to develop and execute sales plans.
- Share market information and customer feedback with the Chromatography team.
- Provide back-up to the customer service function.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, preferably in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or life sciences.
- One year of sales experience, preferably in selling chromatography consumable products and/or scientific instrumentation into pharmaceutical, biotech, or academic markets.
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the US chromatography market and target industries (Pharma, Biotech, and others).
- Proven ability to learn new technologies/products quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn and use the company's CRM tool (Salesforce), ERP system (Syspro), and outbound marketing platforms.
