About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Ambulatory Care team at Mass General Brigham. As a RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our primary care suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone triage and advice to patients in accordance with clinical protocols
  • Coordinate proper disposition of patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results
  • Administer vaccines and perform hands-on work as needed
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed RN in Massachusetts
  • For newly licensed nurses, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required
  • At least 2 years of experience as a RN preferred
  • Electronic Medical Record experience strongly preferred
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged
