About the Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at ArcBest. As a key member of our Service Center, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Process payments, handle returns, and respond to customer correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records, update databases, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
