About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at HNTB. As a key member of our Construction Services Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of construction staff, including development of plans for staff reporting, performance, and compensation reviews, and succession.
  • Client Relationship Management: Partner with Client Service Leaders and pursuit champions to assist with business development, building client relationships, and pursuit efforts for strategic and mini-mega projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance to team and task leads, as well as perform portions of the technical work, including knowledge of rail construction, electrical and communication systems, and vertical building and facility construction.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet the highest quality standards, including cost control and quality control within discipline.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) Level III.
