Job Title: Head of Compensation

Join AMVAC, a diversified agricultural and specialty products company, as we seek a seasoned Compensation and Benefits professional to lead our global compensation strategy.

About the Role:

The Head of Compensation will be responsible for designing and implementing global compensation and benefits standards, ensuring consistency across titles and roles. This role requires a deep understanding of best-in-class compensation, benefit, and bonus structures, as well as the ability to deploy new packages across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and set standard compensation and benefits packages that align with the organization's strategic goals
  • Guarantee consistency of compensation packages across titles and roles
  • Analyze compensation packages within the market to ensure AMVAC offers competitive plans globally
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party benefits and payroll service providers
  • Work with HR Business Partners to deploy compensation standards within Business Units
  • Design and support the annual compensation review process
  • Ensure compliance with relevant compensation-focused regulations
  • Coach and develop HR team members
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders globally
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or in a similar role in a global organization
  • Experience designing and implementing compensation and bonus packages for multiple functions in multiple locations
  • Experience with public company equity programs and STI/LTI plans
  • Experience working with 3rd party HR service providers
  • Global expertise required, including international acquisitions and offices
  • Polished communication skills and experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders
