Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct the comprehensive accounting operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxation.
  • Coordinate and manage the financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and investment initiatives across all organizational sectors.
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of daily operations related to accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing, customer credits and collections, payroll, inventory management, fixed asset records, and cost accounting.
  • Supervise the preparation of all financial documentation, such as income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax filings, and compliance reports for regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate accounting and administrative controls.
  • Review financial statements in collaboration with management personnel.
  • Establish control systems for new financial software and enhance existing procedures.
  • Collaborate with software vendors to uphold accounting software systems and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and various financial planning tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounts payable, payroll, and other financial operations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively.
