Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Care Liaison to join our team at Speak Easy Solutions LLC. As a Patient Care Liaison, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with referral sources to increase patient referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit offices of current and prospective referral sources to establish rapport and build relationships
- Drops off patient reports to current referral sources
- Schedules appointments for the practice owner/therapist to meet with referral sources
- Maintains referral administration, including records, files, reports, and statistics
- Meets regularly with practice owner/therapist to coordinate weekly referral actions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extroverted personality, energetic, outgoing, friendly, and able to talk to anyone
- Organized, able to plan and coordinate weekly actions
- Office experience and computer literate
- A problem solver who can think and act quickly
- A tolerance for other people's imperfections
- A willingness to accept the occasional rejection
- Must have reliable transportation

Increased patient referrals into the practice
Work Schedule:
Part-time, 25 hours weekly
