Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Care Liaison to join our team at Speak Easy Solutions LLC. As a Patient Care Liaison, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with referral sources to increase patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit offices of current and prospective referral sources to establish rapport and build relationships
  • Drops off patient reports to current referral sources
  • Schedules appointments for the practice owner/therapist to meet with referral sources
  • Maintains referral administration, including records, files, reports, and statistics
  • Meets regularly with practice owner/therapist to coordinate weekly referral actions

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extroverted personality, energetic, outgoing, friendly, and able to talk to anyone
  • Organized, able to plan and coordinate weekly actions
  • Office experience and computer literate
  • A problem solver who can think and act quickly
  • A tolerance for other people's imperfections
  • A willingness to accept the occasional rejection
  • Must have reliable transportation

Work Schedule:

Part-time, 25 hours weekly
