About the Role

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting our patients with end-stage renal disease.

As a PCT, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment. This includes measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.

You will also be responsible for educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics and building long-term relationships with your patients.
