Bakery Team Member

You will be a key member of our bakery team, working closely with other associates to build a strong team and communicate effectively to ensure a positive member experience. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

As a Bakery Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks at once while providing exceptional customer service to members across the club. You will be a problem solver who tackles obstacles head-on to ensure each task is completed with excellence.

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $15.00 to $22.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.

As a Bakery Team Member, you will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. You will also have access to our education benefit program, Live Better U, which offers tuition, books, and fees paid for by Walmart.

Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in a bakery or food service environment.
