Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pet Care Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional care and comfort of our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing productivity and ensuring excellent communication with associates and clients.
  • Coordinate the care of clients and pets, influencing them to return and refer their friends and families.
  • Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times, educating clients about their pet's health and hospital services.
  • Assist incoming clients by completing required documentation, entering pet information, and ensuring prompt service.
  • Manage finances, maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of related experience, with customer service preferred.
  • Medical background with medical terminology training is a plus.
