Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator I to join our team at Werfen. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing basic filling and packaging functions, as well as formulations, in support of our Coagulation, Clinical Chemistry, and Critical Care product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Set up and operate filling, labeling, capping, and packaging equipment in accordance with established Quality standards and cGMP's.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine preventive maintenance, general troubleshooting, and general cleanliness of filling, labeling, capping, lyophilization, and packaging equipment.
  • Production Support: Maintain all production areas in a clean and orderly manner consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Complete work orders in an accurate, complete, and detailed manner, and maintain all required records, reports, logs, documentation, etc.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards and production pace, and immediately notify team leaders or senior filling and packaging personnel of all anomalies and requests assistance whenever production or quality issues arise.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent with two years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move materials per current OSA standards.
