Job Summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in a Long-Term Care setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating physician medication orders, making recommendations for therapy changes, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide clinical and technical support.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain patient/resident database to include current and past medical history, clinical and laboratory data, and concurrent medication.
  • Ensure laboratory tests for monitoring high-risk conditions are ordered, evaluated, and discussed with healthcare team members.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support as needed.
  • Document communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members in the medical record.
  • Implement policies and procedures for safe procurement, storage, distribution, and use of drugs and biologicals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
  • 1+ year of pharmacist experience in Long-Term Care setting preferred.
  • MUST be licensed as a pharmacist in the state of WA.
