Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Develop and implement programs and services that align with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston's mission and goals, including social services, education, and youth development initiatives.
- Case Management: Provide case management services to youth members, including assessment, goal setting, and linkage to community resources.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, schools, and government agencies to enhance program services and support youth development.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise and train staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality program delivery and adherence to Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field required.
- Experience: Three years of experience working with youth and families in a social services or youth development setting.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with diverse populations, and experience with program development and evaluation.
- Certifications/Licenses: Valid Massachusetts driver's license required.
