  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Professional and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to conduct in-home sales appointments.
  • Basic proficiency with commonly used computer technology and software programs, such as Microsoft Office and Zoom.
  • Ability to provide own iPad for sales presentations.
  • In-home sales experience preferred, but not required.
