Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to internal teams and external partners to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and agency leaders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet client objectives and drive business results.
  • Team Management
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure that client needs are met and exceeded through effective communication, project management, and quality control.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency, with a proven track record of success in account management and marketing strategy.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
