Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will:
Facilitate the resolution of construction disputes and expense claims with clarity and integrity

Address any commercial issues, change orders, and contract matters promptly and equitably

Assist in the preparation and finalization of accounts, ensuring that claims are managed effectively to deliver optimal value to clients

Develop cost estimates and financial plans for significant client projects

Support agile project management and informed decision-making through comprehensive cost documentation and timely communication

Engage actively in the tender and bidding process, from initial documentation to analysis and reporting

Monitor project expenditures by generating valuations and cost reports, and effectively communicate any variations to your team
