Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a highly skilled Data Coordinator I to join our team. As a Data Coordinator I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clinical research data.

Responsibilities:
  • Abstract data from electronic records and various sources, reconciling inaccuracies in accordance with ALOCA-C and GCP.
  • Collect and record study data from various source documents into different case report systems.
  • Input all information accurately into the database, maintaining source documents and subject files in accordance with hospital procedures.
  • Review and audit the database on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of data, making corrections and additions as required.
  • Ensure accurate and complete compilation of subject data through chart reviews.
  • Assist with recording and logging of safety reports for weekly reviews and/or submission to data safety monitoring committees.
  • Update and resolve queries or issues within the databases in a timely manner, responding to database lock requests promptly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 0-1 years of database experience.
  • Oncology knowledge desirable.
