Are you passionate about supporting individuals and families affected by mental health services? Do you have personal experience caring for someone who has received mental health services, either currently or in the past?
We are seeking a Family Partner to join our team at Aspire Health Alliance in Braintree, MA. As a Family Partner, you will provide information, support, assistance, and advocacy to parents/guardians in collaboration with our Adult Community Clinical Services team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support and guidance to families navigating the mental health system
- Develop activities and resources aimed at helping clients and their families achieve their goals
- Collaborate with the Adult Community Clinical Services team to provide comprehensive support
- Share your knowledge and experience to support families in their journey
- High School Diploma required
- Peer Specialist Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle required
- Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations preferred
- One-year experience in an acute mental health setting
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
