Family Care Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Partner to join our team at Aspire Health Alliance. As a Family Partner, you will play a vital role in providing support, information, and advocacy to parents/guardians in collaboration with our Adult Community Clinical Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to families navigating the mental health system
- Develop and implement activities and resources to help clients and their families achieve their goals
- Collaborate with the Adult Community Clinical Services team to ensure seamless support for families
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Peer Specialist Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle required
- Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations preferred
