About the Role:
As a Family Partner at Aspire Health Alliance, you will play a vital role in supporting parents/guardians of individuals receiving mental health services. Your personal experience caring for someone with mental health needs will be invaluable in providing information, support, assistance, and advocacy to families. You will collaborate with the Adult Community Clinical Services team to develop activities and resources aimed at helping clients and their families achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to parents/guardians navigating the mental health system
- Develop and implement activities and resources to help clients and their families achieve their goals
