Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest T-Mobile products and services, and provide expert knowledge to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
