Qualifications:

- Experience: Familiarity with a clinical environment is preferred. The ability to work with detailed information is essential.
- Skills: Requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, visitors, medical staff, and other personnel both over the phone and in person.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to perform various tasks promptly to meet the needs of clinic staff and patients.
- Financial Responsibilities: Capable of discussing general financial obligations with patients and connecting them with the Customer Service Center.
- Work Environment: Must thrive in a fast-paced setting with frequent interruptions, demonstrating teamwork and support for colleagues.
