About the Role

We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our Effector RF Products Department in Tucson, AZ. As an entry-level engineer, you will contribute to diverse teams and execute tasks in various antenna and radome design life cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams, including thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, and antenna manufacturing suppliers.
  • Work with antenna modeling and simulation tools, such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, and GRASP.
  • Interpret simulation or measurement test data to verify performance to requirements.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related STEM major.
  • Experience and/or coursework in programming and/or simulation experience in MATLAB, SIMULINK, C/C++, or equivalent language.
  • Experience and/or coursework with communication theory, RF and electromagnetic theory, and proficiency with modeling & simulation tools.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ABET accreditation standard.
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA desired.
  • Solid background and practical understanding of designing GPS antenna systems.
  • Model generation and simulation experience with conformal antennas.
