Job Summary

RTX is seeking a highly skilled Principal RF Antenna Design Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As a key member of our RF Antenna Team, you will be responsible for leading and shaping antenna, radome, and antenna measurement system technology within the Company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead diverse teams to design, develop, and test RF antenna systems
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams to integrate RF antenna systems with other systems and platforms
  • Work with government personnel and programs to define and refine requirements for RF antenna systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support RF antenna system development and testing
Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 6 years of experience
  • Strong experience in RF antenna design, development, and testing, including experience with antenna simulation and modeling tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
