About the Role

We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As an entry-level engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects that shape antenna and radome technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop antenna or radome hardware and requirements
  • Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams, including thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc.
  • Collaborate with antenna manufacturing suppliers
  • Execute antenna modeling and simulation on workstations and high-performance computing resources (HPC)
  • Interpret simulation or measurement test data to verify performance to requirements
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major
  • Experience and/or coursework in programming and/or simulation experience in MATLAB, SIMULINK, C/C++, or equivalent language
  • Proficiency with modeling & simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi and/or GRASP
Preferred Qualifications
  • ABET accreditation standard
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
  • Solid background and practical understanding of designing GPS antenna systems
  • Model generation and simulation experience with conformal antennas
