Job Title: Overnight Staff

At InVision Human Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Staff to join our team. As a key member of our residential support team, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Customized Support Plans: Work closely with individuals to implement their customized support plans, ensuring their needs and goals are met during the overnight shift.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, including licensing and contractual requirements.
  • Medical Care and Support: Provide emergent medical care and support to individuals during the overnight shift, ensuring their overall health and well-being.
  • Household Management: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and security of the home or property, adhering to InVision Human Services standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document medical appointments, procedures, and cancellations, communicating status to the team as needed.
  • Emergency Response: Actively respond to and report emergency situations, utilizing the emergency on-call system if required.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma/GED, with one year of experience working with individuals with mental health/developmental disabilities or in a related human service capacity.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
  • Training Compliance: Maintain training compliance as defined in all pertinent regulations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and taste or smell. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
