Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Staff to join our team at InVision Human Services. As a key member of our residential support team, you will provide direct support to individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Support: Provide personalized support to individuals in a manner consistent with the InVision Human Services mission and philosophy.
  • Customized Support Plan Implementation: Implement all aspects of the Customized Support Plan for individuals during the overnight shift, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Medical Care and Health: Provide emergent medical care and ensure the overall health and well-being of individuals during the overnight shift.
  • Household Management: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and security of the home or property, adhering to InVision Human Services standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document medical appointments, medical procedures, and other relevant information, communicating status to the team as needed.
  • Emergency Response: Actively and appropriately respond to emergency situations, utilizing the emergency on-call system if required.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School diploma/GED, with one year of experience working with individuals with mental health/developmental disabilities or in a related human service capacity.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
  • Training Compliance: Maintain training compliance as defined in all pertinent regulations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and taste or smell, with occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
