Premium Travel Services Representative

The Premium Travel Services Representative is tasked with managing customer interactions across various channels, ensuring a top-tier customer experience for our travelers.

The ideal candidate is proactive and has a genuine enthusiasm for assisting travelers in resolving intricate issues that may arise in high-pressure situations.

This position falls within the Traveler and Partner Service Platform divisions, which cater to customer inquiries from the diverse brands of Expedia Group.

  • Deliver exceptional service to our travelers, fostering loyalty to all of Expedia Group's numerous brands.
  • Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources and tools, particularly GDS (Global Distribution Systems), to resolve traveler and supplier concerns.
  • Identify service challenges and perform root cause analysis while proposing viable solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with management, corporate, network, colleagues, and partners.
  • Adopt a flexible approach to consistently meet established service levels.
  • Maintain an up-to-date skill set as a Traveler Support Agent.
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

  • Advanced analytical skills, including situational analysis and risk management.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-stress environment, managing stress professionally without disrupting operations, colleagues, or customers.
  • Strong technical proficiency and computer literacy, including all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Over 2 years of experience in a contact center environment.
