**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Representative to join our team at Think Bank. As an Insurance Representative, you will play a key role in our Insurance Services team providing financial care and security to existing customers by delivering outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities**

Your typical day may include:

  • Processing and monitoring claims for customers
  • Reviewing existing customers' insurance portfolios and making recommendations, quoting, and writing new business as appropriate
  • Quoting and processing policy changes, cancellations, and updates
  • Maintaining knowledge of insurance carriers' products, requirements, and procedures
  • Adhering to all insurance services compliance requirements
  • Contacting current customers regarding product options and providing value-added advice and recommendations
  • Working with bank staff to build knowledge of a customer's full financial picture

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An Associate's degree in business, finance or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance or customer service
  • A Minnesota state Property and Casualty insurance license (required or must be obtained within three months)

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This position is located at Think's corporate office and offers flexibility to work from home 2 days/week.
