The Role

As an Events Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting YJP's event operations.

Reporting directly to the Event Coordinator, your responsibilities will include welcoming and checking in attendees, assisting with event execution, and performing various tasks as assigned.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in high-profile corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests at check-in

• Ensure proper registration of attendees

• Assist with event setup and teardown

• Participate in breakout sessions to gain insights into YJP's event content

• Gather content for YJP's social media initiatives

• Support the Event Coordinator with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or a recent graduate

• Previous experience in event management is advantageous

• Some customer service experience in events, retail, food service, or related fields

• Familiarity with Jewish traditions and the calendar, or a willingness to learn
