Company Overview: Creative Solutions in Healthcare is a prominent organization with over 160 Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities across Texas, managing payroll for approximately 14,000 employees.

Role Summary: The Payroll Specialist will support the Director of Payroll in various payroll functions. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of payroll systems and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. The ability to thrive under pressure and manage time effectively is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing corporate payroll bi-monthly for over 350 employees.
  • Support the Director of Payroll in the setup of legal entity acquisitions.
  • Input shift differentials into the payroll system.
  • Help the payroll team manage employee documentation within the payroll inbox.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on Department of Labor audit requirements.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and spreadsheet creation, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with payroll processing software and auditing, with at least 3 years of recent payroll processing experience.
  • Engage in projects as assigned by the Director of Payroll.
