Key Responsibilities

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, including:

  • Processing daily customer invoices
  • Managing account collections and providing customer support
  • Overseeing vendor relationships, including credit cards and insurance
  • Handling payroll management and processing
  • Facilitating cash management operations
  • Managing contracts, including setup and monthly billing
  • Coordinating independent contractor management and payments
  • Ensuring the accuracy of financial records through monthly reconciliations
  • Generating reports and financial statements, explaining variances to management
  • Complying with all relevant local, state, and federal reporting requirements
  • Providing administrative support to management as needed
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field
  • A foundational understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
