About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at OneRail, a fast-growing logistics technology start-up. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our OmniPoint SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Research, diagnose, and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical notes to improve customer support
  • Prepare and deliver reports on customer support metrics and trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in technical support, IT support, or a related field
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, Object-Oriented Programming languages, and REST APIs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
