- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work in an office environment and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- A competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour.
