Position Summary
The Workplace Services Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position is crucial for optimizing the workspace and efficiently managing onsite meeting and event requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service standards and enhance the overall workplace experience.
- Collaborate with the Workplace Services team to support daily operations and client initiatives.
- Plan and execute experience-driven events while coordinating with external vendors.
- Foster a collaborative environment among team members through events and networking opportunities.
- Oversee event planning, ensuring both small and large gatherings are tailored to boost workplace productivity.
- Drive daily operations in alignment with corporate workplace policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with various business divisions and assist with workplace offerings.
- Communicate effectively with the onsite operations team to ensure proper space bookings.
- Resolve space or amenity-related issues to enhance user experience.
- Manage shared communication channels to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Utilize space management tools to optimize workspace utilization.
- Observe and analyze user behaviors to recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications
- Proactive communication with team members and leadership regarding changes and needs for successful meetings and events.
- Ensure that space optimization practices and tools are current and functioning correctly.
- Provide exceptional service to all guests, particularly high-profile visitors.
- Anticipate needs and deliver services proactively.
- Act as a subject matter expert for space management tools.
- Address service delivery issues and customer feedback, ensuring follow-through and engagement with leadership when necessary.
- Perform administrative duties and guide team members as needed.
- Support the integration of new team members.
- Facilitate and assist with events as required.
- Manage the reception and registration of office guests.
- Possess knowledge of catering setup.
