General Purpose: The Concept Operations Assistant Manager aids the Operations Concept Manager in executing and upholding restaurant protocols in accordance with food safety regulations. This position manages financial responsibilities, sales metrics, expenditures, fixed assets, and supply procurement while ensuring exceptional customer service, food excellence, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend and enforce all organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Assess food requirements, place orders, and verify quality upon receipt.
- Resolve customer grievances and uphold sanitation standards.
- Oversee staff and patrons to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare documentation, order supplies, and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Maintain security protocols, evaluate staff performance, and ensure adherence to dress code.
- Review food preparation and techniques to comply with brand standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma required; some college education preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Capability to thrive in a diverse environment and contribute to organizational objectives.
- Basic knowledge of profit and loss goals, labor management, sales, and cost of goods sold.
Physical Requirements:
The Associate must be capable of standing for extended periods, utilizing hands and fingers, communicating effectively, and fulfilling other physical demands necessary for the role.
