Essential Skills:

Meeting Schedule:

Participate in tier meetings, with start times at 8 AM and occasionally at 3 PM. Remote attendance for late meetings may be permitted, details to be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute procurement processes, adhering to established standards and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiation strategies, and cost assessments. Address client inquiries regarding order status, modifications, or cancellations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in activities related to the acquisition of goods, materials, supplies, and services, ensuring that terms align with the organization's best interests.
  • Prepare purchase orders, authorize payments, and negotiate pricing to facilitate a seamless procurement process, operating under general supervision.
  • Compile pricing proposals, financial reports, and relevant data to provide insights on competitive pricing.
  • Draft requests for proposals (RFP) and bid packages for new accounts. Monitor contract execution to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Communicate with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries, resolving issues such as shortages or delays.
  • Act as a reliable and effective professional contributor.
  • Address complex challenges that may arise in the procurement process.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Influence colleagues within the work environment by clearly explaining facts, policies, and procedures.
