Warehouse Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining data accuracy to ensure seamless tool and process functionality.
Manage inbound shipments, including PO tracking, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.
Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
Execute various purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and project development.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1 year of relevant experience in inventory, supply chain, or warehouse work.
Highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
Flexible, with good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for 80% of a shift.
Flexibility to work on call as needed.
Experience working with POs, SKUs, or any ERP system is a plus.
