Assistant Community Manager

Grady Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Community Manager to join their team at Heather Hills Apartments in Temple Hills, MD.
This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, including resident relations, rent loss control, administration, and general community management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents
- Implementing rent loss control strategies to minimize vacancies
- Providing administrative support and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
- Coordinating apartment turnovers and service requests
- Managing rent collections and ensuring timely payment
Preferred candidates will have a minimum of three years of property management experience, with a strong background in accounting and software proficiency, particularly in OneSite.
Working knowledge of fair housing rules and regulations is essential, and experience with tax credit, HUD, or affordable housing programs is a plus.
