Job Summary:
Domino's Pizza LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring the store meets its sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
- Monitor and control store expenses, inventory, and cash handling to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
