The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the overall project management infrastructure of the organization, including:

Key responsibilities

  • Serving as a primary project manager for all civil projects
  • Performing technical discipline tasks, including analysis, reports, specification reviews, and production for assigned projects
  • Providing senior management for public and private land development projects, including schedule, budget, communication with clients, and overall project management
  • Mentoring and overseeing the project management work of staff
  • Managing multiple projects and communications with clients
  • Overseeing quality control and ensuring compliance within the project scope

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree – Civil Engineering Preferred
  • Minimum of 8 (eight) years of experience in civil engineering in both public and private development
  • Work experience in PM systems such as Procore, HCCS, or other relevant systems
