DYNAMIC OFFICE & ACCOUNTING SOLUTIONS is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in Miami/Ft. Myers, FL Area. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA & MSHA regulations, leading site inspections, and supporting safety audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Leading site inspections and supporting safety audits to ensure compliance with company policies and MSHA regulations.">
  • Developing and implementing effective safety management systems to minimize risks and enhance performance.">
  • Staying ahead of regulatory changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date application of MSHA, OSHA, and other safety guidelines across all sites.">
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks in surface/underground mining, asphalt production, concrete operations, and heavy transportation.">
  • Participating in accident investigations, providing insights on root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent future incidents.">
  • Assisting in developing and executing safety initiatives, such as emergency response plans, accident prevention programs, and training on regulatory compliance.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 5-8 years experience in safety compliance in an industrial, construction or mining/aggregates environments.">
  • Expertise in surface or underground operations, Loss Control principles, and incident prevention.">
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages.">
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and ATF regulations is required, MSHA is plus.">
  • Ability to identify hazards and collaborate with teams to develop practical, effective safety solutions.">

Compensation:

">

A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, floating PTO, and paid holidays.
