About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development and launch.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve project development processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least five years of experience in project development and launch in the automotive supply chain.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or business required. MBA preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of IATF/VDA requirements, APQP, PPAP, etc.
