Key Responsibilities- Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers, and product managers to design and deliver AI-powered products that transform the way customers interact with their money.
- Lead AI/ML Solutions: Leverage a broad stack of technologies, including PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, LangChain, Lightning, and VectorDBs, to uncover insights hidden within vast volumes of numeric and textual data.
- NLP Expertise: Harness the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) to adapt and fine-tune them for customer-facing applications and features.
- Machine Learning and NLP Model Development: Build models through all phases of development, from design through training, evaluation, and validation, and partner with engineering teams to operationalize them in scalable and resilient production systems serving 80+ million customers.
- Interpersonal Skills: Translate the complexity of your work into tangible business goals, effectively communicating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Education: Currently pursuing or has a Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in data analytics, or a Master's Degree in a STEM field, or a PhD in a STEM field.
- Technical Experience: At least 1 year of experience in open-source programming languages for large-scale data analysis, machine learning, relational databases, and AWS.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in a STEM field, PhD in a STEM field, 2+ years of experience in Python, PyTorch, Scala, or R, 2+ years of experience with machine learning, SQL, and natural language processing.
