At QTC Health Services, we are seeking a talented AI Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Scientist AI, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative AI solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, data mining techniques, and statistical modeling. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia, and experience with popular machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Exploration: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover valuable insights, identify patterns, and extract actionable information.
- Machine Learning Model Development: Develop and deploy machine learning models, including deep learning architectures, to address complex business problems.
- AI Solution Design: Design and implement AI-powered solutions that solve real-world challenges and deliver measurable value.
- Data Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for AI projects.
- Algorithm Evaluation and Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize AI models to improve performance and accuracy.
- Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ Years of prior related experience.
- Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, data mining techniques, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia.
- Experience with popular machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-based machine learning services.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Masters Degree.

Salary Ranges:
- Level 2: $71,000-94,000.
- Level 3: $93,000-113,000.
- Level 4: $115,000 - $145,000.
